Sorry for the delay…we are getting caught up on photos, now that we can upload…
HARTLEY’S CROCODILE ADVENTURE PARK
Crocodile on a stick…Brayden is quite the carnivore. He ate 4-5 satay sticks of crocodile meat. We could not get Brooke to give it a try (notice her face in the photo below…not interested)…she was thinking too much of the beautiful reptile. All things said, they taste just like chicken.
Croc feeding time.
Getting to hold and touch the critters was, by far, the coolest part of our time at Hartley’s Crocodile Adventure Park…especially the koala bears. They actually hug you back:).
We even got to feed, pet and give love to the kangaroos.
Brayden getting attention from an adorable little squirrel…he crawled up Brayden’s leg and onto his shoulder, so he could give him a sniff and check out his awesome hat! What is he saying to him?…if Brayden could only speak “squirrel”…
Zip lining in the Daintree Forest (or as the Australian’s call it…canopy jumping)
THE BOTANICAL ARK
We got to make a traditional American breakfast at The Botanical Ark.
Meeting Harrison (Alan and Susie’s grandchild).
The Botanical Ark lagoon – one the most pristine and beautiful places we have been. Read more about this amazing place in Ryan’s upcoming blog about The Botanical Ark.
